# FinOptory

> FinOptory governs SAP contracts across the full lifecycle, after signing, across the entire SAP product portfolio. Two products: Self-Service (1.5% ACV/year, customer steers) and Managed Service (2.2% ACV/year, dedicated team steers, customer decides).

## Core problem we address

SAP contracts are negotiated carefully. After signature, the systematic discipline for ongoing steering is usually missing. The result: overpayment, missed renewal windows, and unmanaged drift across BTP credits, FUE, SLAs and derived charges.
