Traditional SAM tools (Snow, USU, Flexera) focus on license compliance and user counting. FinOptory addresses commercial contract governance: ACV tracking, phase management, derived charges, funding allocation and cost simulation across the entire contract term. FinOptory does not replace a SAM tool but adds the governance layer.
